Membership Agreement & Liability Waiver

In consideration of gaining membership or being allowed to participate in the activities and programs of World Taekwondo Center (WTC) and to use its facilities, equipment, and machinery in addition to the agreed tuition structure or fees;

I do hereby waive, release, and forever discharge the WTC and its officers, agents, employees, representatives, executors, and all others from any and all responsibilities or liability for injuries or damages resulting from my participation in any activities or my use of equipment or machinery in the above mentioned facilities or arising out of my participation in any activities at said facility and any related activities at any other locations.  

I do also hereby release all of those mentioned and any others acting upon their behalf from any responsibility or liability for any injury or damage to myself, including those caused by the negligent act or omission of any those mentioned or others, acting on their behalf or in any way arising out of or connected with my participation in any activities of WTC or the use of any equipment at WTC and any related activities at any other locations. 

I agree to adhere to all policies including the code of conduct set by WTC.  I further grant any claim and rights of recordings, photos, images, videos and likenesses of myself and my dependents to WTC for advertising purposes including but not limited to social media, internet, TV, flyers, and posters. All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

I acknowledge the presence of security cameras on and in the premises for surveillance, safety and streaming. WTC keeps footage for one month, WTC does not guarantee footage availability due to possible power outages and equipment malfunction or operator malfunction. WTC’s footage may be accessible live online to our customers but is not guaranteed. WTC reserves the right to use footage for its defense in any action taken against the WTC and its officers, agents, employees, representatives, executors, and all others. Further WTC reserves the right to use footage for any advertising or livestream.   

I am informed that WTC is not a licensed Child Care facility but a single skill based program.  I am also informed that the instructors are internationally certified Black Belts that are SafeSport certified and background checked through the National Governing Body for the Olympic Sport of Taekwondo, USA Taekwondo, and AAU Taekwondo.
